Whimsical & Wild 4-Week Series (online)

First 4 Wednesdays of every month | 7–8 p.m. CST

Whimsical & Wild taps into your playful, fun, and uninhibited side through somatic movement, breathwork, imagination, curiosity, and introspection. It’s a time to explore and express yourself. Creative arts such as music, visual arts, literature, and comedy provide thought-provoking prompts for journaling / sketching and free-form movement helps you release stress and let go of what might be holding you back.

Yin Yang Nidra (online)

First 4 Tuesdays of every month | 6:30–7:30 p.m. CST

This practice starts with a slow Vinyasa flow to shake away tension before moving into Yin Yoga, a quiet, meditative practice that allows you to reduce tension, quiet your mind, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. We end with Yoga Nidra, known as “yogic sleep,” a deeply relaxing meditation.
